Please note that drop-shipped items are not physically handled or shipped by My FAYEvorite Shop. Instead, they are fulfilled by our trusted third-party suppliers.

Return & Exchange Policy

At My FAYEvorite Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’ve made our return process simple and straightforward. Please read our return policy below for full details.
1. Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for most items. However, for items that take longer than 30 days to ship (e.g., backordered or custom-made items), we will extend the return window to 30 days after the item is delivered.
2. Condition of Items
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Items should not be damaged, altered, or washed. All original tags and packaging must be intact.
3. Proof of Purchase
To process a return, you will need to provide proof of purchase. This can be in the form of a return slip or the original package receipt. Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your return.
4. Refund or Exchange Policy
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose to exchange the item for something else. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to appear on your account.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a store error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), My FAYEvorite Shop will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is also responsible for any lost or damaged return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items **cannot** be returned:
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
- Limited edition items (marked as non-returnable)
- Personalized products or products made to order
7. Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return, but only for the price at the time of sale. Returns for sale items cannot be processed for the original full price.
